My Touch for Health Journey

When my children left home I realised I had to find something to fill my spare time. Work, gardening and housekeeping were fine, but not inspiring me leap out of bed each morning, excited by the magic and wonder of another day. I was looking for something to fill my time and trying to rediscover who I was, and what I wanted to do with my time.

I had seen a kinesiologist several times over the previous 25 years and was intrigued to find out how it worked.

So I started my Touch for Health Journey, in 2019. I attended a two day level one workshop out of interest!

I was hooked!

I had found and passion and purpose in life and my reason to leap out of bed each morning, full of new ideas and questions. Since that weekend every spare moment I get, is spent learning, reading and helping people discover the wonders and simplicity of Touch for Health

Discovering Mindset Priming

I can across Mindset Priming during lock down, The Kinesiology Federation was celebrating its 30 years anniversary by interviewing its founding members, one of whom is Jeremy Glynn. Jeremey has delivered his Mindset Priming workshops for over 35years as well as writing 2 books. I bought one of his books ‘Achieving Happiness’. which lead to me contacting him and now helping him introduce his Mindset Priming programme to a wider audience.
