Every parent wants to see their child happy, confident, and thriving — but in today’s fast-paced, pressurised world, our children face more challenges than ever.
This uplifting and practical workshop will give you the tools, techniques, and confidence to support your child’s emotional wellbeing, resilience, and growth.
Using gentle Kinesiology exercises and simple Mindset Priming strategies, you’ll discover how to:
Calm your child in moments of stress or overwhelm
Build their self-belief and resilience from the inside out
Create daily habits that boost focus, confidence, and positivity
✨ Workshop Details
Duration: 6 hours (can also be split into two 3-hour sessions)
Group size: Minimum of 4 participants (venue, dates, and times arranged around the group)
